Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and human resources. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff. Recruit, interview, and hire new employees. Maintain inventory levels, ensure proper stock ordering, and conduct inventory audits. Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a secure and healthy work environment. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store goals. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience in a supervisory role.
