The CRM Executive will manage and optimise lead flow across Zoho CRM, WhatsApp chatbot, telecalling, and digital channels. Responsibilities include Zoho CRM management, WhatsApp chatbot management, telecaller coordination, digital lead management, acting as a bridge between Head Office and stores, and tracking lead closure & ROI. Daily, weekly, and monthly MIS preparation is required. Meetings and reviews are also part of the role.
Eligibility Criteria

The role focuses on improving lead conversion, ensuring follow-ups, tracking ROI, and acting as a strong bridge between Head Office and stores to drive closures and accountability.
