TDF – The Diamond Factory is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage stock planning, product coordination, and collection analysis for gold and uncut jewellery. The role involves close coordination with the design, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure ideal stock levels, strong product performance, and timely replenishment. Key Responsibilities: Stock & Inventory ManagementPrepare and maintain Ideal Stock vs Budgeted Stock reportsMonitor stock movement and ensure optimal stock availabilityPlan and manage stock replenishment for jewelleryCoordinate purchase requirements based on sales trends and inventory levelsProduct & Collection ManagementReview existing products and identify gaps or improvement areasPrepare reports for jewelleryCreate collection-wise and concept-wise performance reportsIdentify Top Sale collection-wiseSupport new product development based on market trends and feedbackCoordination & SourcingCoordinate with the marketing team for product launches, campaigns, and exhibitionsSupport sourcing activities for gold and uncut jewelleryAlign merchandising plans with business and marketing strategiesStore & Exhibition VisitsConduct regular store visits to understand product performance and displayVisit exhibitions and trade shows to study trends, competitor products, and customer preferencesShare visit insights and reports with internal teamsReporting & AnalysisPrepare periodic merchandising reports for managementAnalyze sales, stock aging, and product performanceProvide actionable insights for improving sales and inventory turnover

Experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser with strong understanding of jewellery collections, concepts, and design trends. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Willingness to travel for store and exhibition visits.
