TDF Diamonds & Gold is a First of its kind New Age Jewellery Retail Brand having multiple stores across Mumbai & Karnataka which endeavours to bring modern Innovations in designing & Jewellery Manufacturing to today's Gen-next consumers both in India and Worldwide through technology and Unique Strategies. We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. In this program, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery industry while developing the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a store management role.

Responsibilities: · Maintain list of deficit/excess stock/actual stock. · Maintain data of purchase summary given by HO and follow up on the same to get required stock at store. · Ensure product inwards are checked correctly by the AAE - weights, subcategory etc. · Inventory care- timely reporting and correction of damaged, broken, incomplete sets. · Visual Display - weekly change · New Arrivals + Showstoppers create folders on IPAD and make sure all teams are well aware of the same. · Ensure product review reports are submitted on time and meetings happen regularly · Assist entire sales team in all merchandising related HO training and communication. · New weekly product videos, testimonials. · Product enhancement/ New PD inputs. · Ensure bridal appointments are generated and closed by showing the right products to clients. · Team wise Bridal list update HO. · Jewellery styling assistance to brides.

Graduate from NIFT, IIGJ, JK Diamonds (preferable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor. Eagerness to learn and a passion for the jewellery industry. Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to building rapport. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
