TDF is a leading company in the jewellery industry, known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and quality. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee - Operations to join our team and contribute to our operational excellence. The Management Trainee - Operations will undergo comprehensive training in various facets of jewellery operations, including production, supply chain, logistics and quality control. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and a keen interest in process optimization and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Learn and assist in the day-to-day operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. Collaborate with different departments to understand workflow and optimize processes. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to drive efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Support in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various functions. Assist in vendor management and supplier negotiations. Work closely with senior management to identify and resolve operational challenges. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance business operations.

Bachelor's/ diploma degree in Jewellery designing from NIFT/IIGJ or similar institutes. Master's degree in Operations/MBA/PGDM in Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Passion for the jewellery industry and a keen interest in operational excellence.
