Software Developer

TDF – The Diamond Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application development, chatbot development, and backend technologies, with a strong passion for building innovative digital products that support business and operational needs. Develop high quality software which meets requirements. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. Build and enhance web-based and app-based solutions for internal and business use. Develop and integrate chatbots for customer support and internal automation. Perform backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Python. Develop and consume REST APIs and manage system integrations. Support frontend and backend development activities. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user experience. Provide technical support, bug fixes, and enhancements. Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application development, chatbot development, and backend technologies, with a strong passion for building innovative digital products that support business and operational needs. 1–3 years of experience in software development. Strong interest in building applications and software products. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python. Experience with chatbot development. Knowledge of API development and system integrations. Understanding of scalable application architecture. Basic understanding of frontend technologies and UI/UX principles.
