| Key Responsibilities |
| * Manage End-to-End O2C Processes: Handle sales order processing, deliveries, billing, and returns with operational excellence. * Configure & Support Core SD Areas: * Pricing procedures, condition techniques, and tax determination * Billing types, copy controls, and output determination * Handle Contract Management: Work with scheduling agreements, value contracts, and service contracts. * Support Export/Import Processes: Manage export documentation, Incoterms, shipping, and compliance requirements. * Drive Cross-Module Integration: Integrate SAP SD with FI (Accounts Receivable), MM (Procurement), and logistics modules. * Manage Logistics Execution: Oversee shipping, transportation, route determination, and delivery scheduling. * Resolve Issues & Support Operations: Analyse and resolve production incidents and service tickets (L2/L3 support). * Participate in Project Lifecycle: Engage in requirement gathering, functional specification (FS) development, and solution design. * Conduct Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). * Prepare Documentation: Create and maintain BRD, FS, test scripts, and knowledge transfer (KT) documents. |
| Educational Qualification & Exp. |
| Bachelor's degree in: * Engineering / Information Technology / Commerce / Business Administration * Relevant SAP training or certification is an advantage * 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module * At least 1 end-to-end implementation or support project experience * Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) |
