We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Organizer to join our team at Bhawarna. As a Community Organizer, you will play a vital role in building relationships with local communities, organizing and managing social impact projects, and advocating for social justice and equity. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that address the needs of the communities we serve.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in community organizing
- Experience in organizing and managing social impact projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for social justice and equity
- Familiarity with local communities and issues
- Experience in advocacy and outreach
