About Project Strengthen the quality of services and learning among children (age 3–6 years) across 10 Balwadis  20 units (both shift) using digital medium. To enhance the quality of Balwadis by providing high‐quality pre‐school education & resources, ensuring a solid foundation for children's academic journey

General Information ·         Location: All location of Delhi ·         Type of Employment: Contractual, renewable basis project requirements ·         No. of Position: 2   Reporting to: Senior Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:\n- Identification and Mobilization of the children for 3–6 years of age form nearby areas.\n- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children.\n- Employ a variety of educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, media etc. to teach children\n- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self‐esteem.\n- Use digital content and technology for playful learning\n- Regular updating student's attendance and performance in SRMS\n- Monitor children's behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.\n- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.\n- Keep track and reflect on student's progress to manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts.\n- Guide Children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a careful constructed curriculum such as identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.\n- Organize nap and snack hours if needed and supervise.\n- Track children's progress and report to parents.\n- Communicates with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche.\n- Regular in touch with parents for student Feedback.\n- Ensure the students attend classes on daily basis.\n- Conduct periodic assessment and evaluation.\n- Prepare students for the transition to the next grade.\n- Collaborate with other educators.\n- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.\n- Daily reporting and documentation.\n- Participation in a monthly review meeting.\n- Enthusiastically participation in teacher's training program/faculty development program.\n- Entire code of conduct should be in congruent with child rights policy & laws and policy for the protection, safety and overall well‐being of the child.
