Client Services Executive

Location: Hyderabad,Telangana,India

Reports to:

Manager/Assistant Manager – Client Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create marketing proposals to help close new deals.
• Maintain Senior Level contacts on Daily Basis.
• Coordinate and Authorize quotations for client approval and assists in preparation of client invoices.
• Coordinate with the Business Development, Content, Creative and Technical teams and the Management to provide clients with value added services as per their marketing requirements.
• Receive client briefs and analyses the client inputs along with compiling Background knowledge, Research, Field feedback for the benefit of the Creative and Media team.
• Comply with Customer Inquiries and Agency Inquiries while internally streamlining the market for competent aid.
• Provide creative, production, media, public relations and interactive departments personnel with succinct input while ensuring that advertising strategies are clearly defined and approved by clients
• Responsible for updates on activities being performed on accounts and delivering the final sign off on ALL important Documentation before they go to client, including - budget, project plan, mock ups, storyboards, deliverables, etc
• Prepare month-end overviews of client's current marketing activities and monthly revenue forecasts, along with future developments of accounts. - Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
