Content & Investment Narrative Specialist

We are looking for a high-output Content Writer who sits at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology. This isn't a traditional blogging role; you will be responsible for crafting the narrative of our investment opportunities, building out deal room materials, and translating complex asset data into polished, high-stakes reports.

The ideal candidate is an AI-native writer—someone who knows how to leverage LLMs and prompt engineering to scale content production without sacrificing the sophisticated, "old money" aesthetic our brand represents. This is a 100% remote, "growth-forward" position. We aren't just looking for a writer; we are looking for a future leader. As the company scales, you will be responsible for building out and managing our internal content and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Room & Track Records: Draft compelling summaries for active deals and maintain an up-to-date, authoritative track record of our portfolio performance.
• Marketing Insights & Case Studies: Convert market data into actionable insights for our investors. You will develop deep-dive case studies that highlight our unique value proposition in the real estate wealth management space.
• Asset Valuation Reports: Partner with Relationship Managers to transform raw field data and property info into professional, client-ready valuation reports.
• AI-Augmented Workflows: Utilize AI tools to research, draft, and iterate on high volumes of content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Visual Storytelling: Perform basic design tasks to ensure reports and deal decks are visually aligned with our minimalist branding.

Requirements

• The AI Edge: Expert-level proficiency in using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate, refine, and fact-check content.
• Industry Context: A strong grasp of real estate terminology, wealth management concepts, and PropTech trends.
• Design Lite: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to layout reports and create clean, professional visuals.
• Data Translation: The ability to take technical info from a Relationship Manager and turn it into a narrative that resonates with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
• Attention to Detail: An eye for minimalist, sophisticated formatting—making sure every "deal room" feels premium and exclusive.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a FinTech, PropTech, or Investment firm.
• A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to handle both creative marketing copy and technical financial reporting.
