Event Management Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a mature, systematic, and hands-on Event Management Executive to plan and execute community events, society activations, and sampling drives that build awareness and connect directly with our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who:
● Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
● Enjoys planning, coordination, and groundwork
● Believes in educating customers, not pushing products
● Can build and manage teams on the ground

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-ground events, including society activations, sampling drives, and awareness sessions.
• Handle end-to-end groundwork: venue setup, material arrangement, on-ground execution, and tear down.
• Manage manpower planning: identify, hire, and coordinate freelancers, promoters, and volunteers.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate logistics: venue bookings, materials, supplies, and team deployment.
• Collect leads, customer feedback, and post-event data.
• Maintain event calendars, checklists, and basic reports.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, brand activations, or community engagement
• Highly proactive with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Comfortable doing groundwork and managing teams on-site
• Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes calmly
