Engineering Manager, Member Accession Marketing

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering delivery of our subscriptions platform, manage and develop a team of engineers, and work closely with various stakeholders across the business. You will be part of the Member Engagement Marketing engineering group and will focus on building scalable, resilient, and extensible platform capabilities.

• Lead the engineering delivery of the subscriptions platform across multiple markets, owning the technical direction and execution of systems that power subscription creation, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, setting clear technical standards and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product and stakeholders across the business to turn product strategy into reliable platform solutions and ensure high-quality delivery across the full subscription lifecycle.
