E-Com Operations Executive-F&FA

Job Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operations Executive to support critical backend operations that enable smooth functioning of our online business. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing of payments, validation of claims, and upkeep of performance data and reports.

Work Experience

Education

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related fields

Relevant Experience

Freshers / 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, finance ops, back-office roles

Marketing POs & Invoices

·      Coordinate issuance and tracking of Marketing Purchase Orders (POs)

·      Ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices from partners and vendors

·      Reconcile POs with deliverables and budget allocations

Adherence to timelines and SLAs

Commission & Scheme Claim Validation

·      Review and validate partner commission claims and promotional scheme claims

·      Ensure adherence to scheme guidelines and commercial agreements

·      Coordinate with finance and sales teams for timely approvals and disbursements

Process efficiency and accuracy of 100%

Reconciliation & Payments Support

·      Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ledgers related to RD (Rate Difference), QD (Quantity Difference), RO (Return Orders), Marketing spends, and RTVs (Return to Vendor)

·      Track current payments and follow up on pending settlements with relevant stakeholders

Timely resolution of open line items

Scheme Upload and Tracking Support

·      Support eCommerce and category teams in uploading and configuring partner schemes in internal systems

·      Ensure scheme details are accurately reflected and monitored

Adherence to timelines and SLAs

Performance Reports & MIS

·      Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports for key eCommerce KPIs

·      Share weekly/monthly MIS for internal and external stakeholders

·      Ensure data accuracy and timely dissemination of insights
