Job Requirements

To review the current business processes and improve the user experience for continuous improvement

CFL business expansion and Automation ·

Training and knowledge sharing to Business Users

Daily monitoring the existing Applications.

Proactively engaging with business functions to understand business requirements to enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities.

Prepare functional specification and interact with technical team to enable them to prepare technical Specification.

Experienced in business gap analysis and necessary automation as per business stakeholders' requirements. · Explore IT Tools and leverage their functionalities for improving business processes.

Keep abreast with latest digital technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.

To maintain existing applications and to lead support for BAU, Growth and transformation.

To lead key initiates and Major projects for the respective domains/ functions.

Implementing process automation/ Productivity Improvements.

To train, guide business process flows the business Users

Work Experience

Education – bachelor's degree or Equivalent.

Experience – Minimum 2 Years to 4 Years in Integrated Supply chain Management Support.

Experience on SAP Modules – MM, SD · Expertise on business process mapping,

Good Knowledge for Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Quality Management

Unit and Integration Testing: Tested end to end business process scenarios that were designed to support the Business.

Expertise in writing Functional Specification (FSD's) for User Exits, Custom Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms.

Good knowledge about to SAP CPI

Good communication and Analytical skills
