Production Specialist

Job Requirements

·     Manage end-to-end operations of the injection Moulding production.

·     Utilize people, processes, materials to ensure optimum resource utilization

·     Coordination with Sub assembly to ensure delivery of products on time

·     Interface with planning & scheduling to determine schedules for Sub Assembly loading- Daily/ weekly

·     Provide technical expertise to the team

·     Prepare work plans within resource constraints and review implementations with strategy to drive improvement

·     Understand the business needs for change and innovation.

·     Knowledge on Master batches & pigments

·     Mould upkeeping and Maintenance

·     Coordination & setting up process in new product development

Documentation as per ISO 9001 requirements

Work Experience

·     Diploma /Post Diploma in plastics technology /Plastic Mould technology from CIPET & having work experience of 3 -5 years in molding industry

·     Knowledge on injection mold Setting, Processing & Trouble shooting

·     Excellent verbal, written communication & organization skills
