Job Requirements

As an Admin & Security Officer, to be accountable for ensuring Physical Protection of the premises, enhance Material safety prospects, Employees and visitors safety, handling Security & Administrative responsibilities, support & contribute for creation of new policies for strengthening loss prevention, contribute to investigation of theft / pilferage cases and supporting the management in smooth functioning of the Admin & security function. Key responsibilities will include surveillance, create and ensure adherence to SOPs to thwart any chances of theft and ensure good orders of discipline amongst the Guards & Housekeeping Team. To be a thorough Admin Professional adept with latest Technology in installation of surveillance infra, seasoned with good observation skills, bring in cohesion & develop strong Team bonding. The candidate also should be able to support & manage the security functions related to manage high value products, ensure proper supervision of physical frisking, Lead & handle Team managing material dispatches, CCTV monitoring, support seamless Transport coordination, create good liaison with Government Authorities and other administrative functions including all aspects of general Administration of a manufacturing factory setup.

• Technologically Adept: Familiarity with digital tools for surveillance, asset tracking, and incident reporting.
• Leadership: Ability to foster a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork across the Admin and Security function.
