We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Incharge to join our team. The Service Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations for our W&W department based at our master service centre Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of effectively leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service team

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

• Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a service management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of W&W operations is a plus
