Job Description:

The Store Stock Specialist is responsible for managing store inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting stock movement, and ensuring smooth backend store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management
• Handle inward and outward stock movement
• Conduct stock checks and reconciliation regularly
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products
• Coordinate with store team for stock availability and replenishment
• Support audits and maintain stock-related documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (as per requirement)
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Retail experience preferred
