Job Requirements

Role (UJR) : Engineer Project Management

Job Details:

• Project Lead will work in tandem with Project managers and perform project management duties to support the completion of projects.
• Project Lead participates during all phases of the project management process: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
• Project Lead schedules and conducts project meetings, communicates assignments and expectations to project team members, and tracks completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products.
• They communicate project information to stakeholders like Customer Management, Design, Assembly, Testing, Vendor QC, and QA.
• Design and monitor checklists, create presentations, review and edit project deliverables, and maintain the project information repository.
• Must resolve project conflicts, identify resource requirements, and align the project team on project scope.
• They observe existing project management practices and propose improvements for process efficiency.
• Project Lead to ensure that projects are effectively planned and well organized.

Key Deliverables:

• Overall responsibility for managing and controlling project scope, cost, timeline, and deliverables.
• Project Lead must have good communication skills and should be able to address delicate situations and handle conflicts in such a way as to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk.
• Must have good planning skills to manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected.
• Must have analytical abilities, team building, and motivation skills to help them organize resources, work under tight deadlines, manage simultaneously occurring tasks, and shifting priorities.
• Must have the ability to control project change and generate maximum team performance to satisfy customer requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Projects. Must be able to understand the Critical path / Critical chain of the project.
• Understanding the customer and what the customers' needs are, providing realistic expectations, establishing specific customer satisfaction standards, and actively monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Must be a good analytical person, should recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent, evaluates alternatives, and finds solutions using a systematic multistep approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance performance.
• Must make decisions and take timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.

Right Talent:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in successfully managing various machine-related and Automation-related projects.
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.
• Outstanding grasp of Assembly Automation technology concepts and processes.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute will be an added advantage
