Job Requirements

1. Preparation and release of standard product costing (BOM/routing validation, cost roll in SAP).
2. Execution of costing run, WIP calculation, variance analysis, and order settlement in SAP CO-PC.
3. Monitoring material, labour, and overhead variances with root cause analysis.
4. Management of Cost Center Accounting (CCA) planning, budgeting, assessment, and distribution cycles.
5. Handling internal orders – budget control and settlements.
6. Product-wise and customer-wise profitability analysis (CO-PA) and contribution margin reporting.
7. Support to Sales/BD for RFQ costing, pricing decisions, and margin validation.
8. Review of inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and production order reconciliation.
9. Monitoring overhead absorption and FI–CO reconciliation during period-end closing.
10. Preparation of manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and AOP cost inputs.
11. Analysis of scrap, yield, and cost reduction initiatives with operations.
12. Conducting make vs buy, break-even, and strategic cost analysis.
13. Ensuring compliance with cost audit, statutory audit, and Ind AS/IFRS requirements.
14. Maintenance of costing master data and strengthening SAP CO controls and reporting.

Work Experience

ICWA - 1st Attempt (Cleared) with 2-3 years exp
