We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our retail team at Tanishq-Bundgarden. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

• Provide training and guidance to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or leadership role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
