Engineer - Digital Platform Support

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 3-5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical role Knowledge of Microsoft applications: MS Dynamics AX Should be able to handle multi server's applications infrastructure.  Proactive application monitoring, analyzing and fixing issues that arise. Manage application releases and hotfixes - both regular and ad-hoc. Experience with monitoring tools.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of MSSQL and experience working with REST APIs and web services Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed. Knowledge of cloud services like Azure & AWS.   Technical Skills Very good working knowledge of Global IT infrastructures. Proficiency with OOPS concepts, C#.NET, ASP.Net, MVC, ADO.Net, Web API, LINQ Proficiency with database technology such as MSSQL. Good understanding of fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Angular and JavaScript Good to know about .Net Core, Power Bi Strong knowledge on IIS administration and configuration.  Knowledge of handling multiple server applications and Architecture. Knowledge of cloud platforms: Windows Azure, Azure Services Knowledge of microservices  Management tools/Software:  Helix.   General skills Team player. Constant learner & self-motivated person.
