About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven

Academic Counselors

to join our Bengaluru center. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the right programs offered by Toprankers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in students, telephonic, and online inquiries to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses.

Explain course features, structures, and benefits to help students make informed decisions.

Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Result-oriented and proactive attitude.
