About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of student counselling/admissions and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions, especially in the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career paths

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents

Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

Stay updated with course offerings and industry trends

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to mentor and guide students effectively

Passion for education and student success, preferably in the legal domain

Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
