As a Communication Officer you will contribute to the design and deployment of OneTech India's communication strategy and plan, targeting its 500 employees as well as its internal and external stakeholders, namely.

1/ INTERNAL EDITORIAL

• Identify key topics to highlight in order to engage teams, develop key messages, define the appropriate formats (written, video, audio, photography, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, etc.), and select the most relevant communication channels
• Plan topics throughout the year to ensure consistent and effective communication, aligned with the local context and with the branch's and Company's news
• Oversee the delivery of editorial content, covering both "hot" and "cold" topics (e.g., OneTech India PowerPoint presentation kit, OneTech India introduction video, etc.), while showcasing the entity's employees
• Develop and maintain OneTech India's dedicated communication channels (OneTech India WAT, OneTech India SharePoint, OneTech India Viva Engage/Teams, digital and printed signage, etc.)

2/ INTERNAL EVENTS

• Define, plan, and design all annual OneTech India events for its employees—in coordination with the OneTech India HR team—and for its internal and external stakeholders—in coordination with the One TotalEnergies OneCountry India Communication team (town halls, onboarding sessions, Company events, local events, visits, inaugurations, etc.).

Given the very nature of this site, located in a new country for OneTech and with missions complementary to those carried out at other TotalEnergies sites, all communication actions must be designed with a strong change management approach, with the objective of helping them understand and embrace the mission and activities of OneTech India.

Expected qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication or Human Resources
• Eligibility to the visa for a VIE in India : Candidate must at least present a BAC+3 degree obtained less than 24 months old.

Required profile:

• Editorial and project management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a multicultural and change-driven context
• Interest in HR-related communications / employer brand

Computing skills:

• CANVA : high level
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite

Languages:

• English: C1
• French: B2
