Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and verify contract fields and metadata in Ironclad CLM.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of contract data.
• Identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain structured documentation of validation progress and issues.
• Collaborate with legal operations and data teams to resolve data quality gaps.
• Follow standardized processes and adhere to quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to perform repetitive validation tasks with consistency and focus.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, preferably Ironclad CLM.
• Basic understanding of contract documents and data fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
