Social Media Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content, engaging with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, in alignment with the brand's voice.
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build community and enhance customer relationships.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for cohesive branding.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships for promotions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Familiarity with paid advertising and campaign management on social platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
