Speaker Acquisition Specialist

Speaker Acquisition Specialist  :

* Identify and research potential speakers across various industries, focusing on thought leaders, influencers, and subject matter experts who align with event themes and audience interests.
* Contact potential speakers via email, phone, and LinkedIn, presenting event opportunities and successfully persuading them to participate.
* Could you manage the negotiation process with speakers regarding fees, terms, and expectations? Draft and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and event teams.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse network of speakers, ensuring they are fully engaged and satisfied with the process.
* Provide ongoing support to speakers before, during, and after events, addressing any questions or issues they may have.
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging speakers, and new technologies in the speaking and events space.
* Collect feedback from speakers about events, take feedback from the internal team about event and speaker performance and use insights to improve future speaker acquisitions.

Requirements

Graduate in BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) with a focus on Marketing (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to research and identify industry experts.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
