Description
The Commercial Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of travel ancillary products, providing insights and reporting to support commercial decision-making. The role also manages system-related tasks, including contract data accuracy, troubleshooting, user support, and process documentation, ensuring smooth system operations. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize ancillary revenue and maintain accurate system operations.
Responsibilities:
Daily Ancillary Performance Analysis
- Perform daily monitoring and analysis of ancillary products such as insurance, car rental, activities, hotels, transfers, eSim, and other add-on services.
- Track key performance metrics including revenue, attachment rates, conversion, lead booking time and other.
- Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards highlighting the above metrics
Commercial & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a commercial and analytical support function for internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Operations teams.
- Translate commercial objectives into system, data, and reporting requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial, IT, Product, Operations) in the implementation and enhancement of ancillary products.
- Support new ancillary product launches, enhancements, and promotional initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of new ancillary products and enhancements to existing offerings., researching competitors' offerings and providing insight on their product and pricing
- Document processes, system logic, and reporting methodologies related to ancillary products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions for increasing ancillary revenue and enhancing customer experience.
Systems, Data & Troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance, run routine checks, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries. Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on issues and troubleshooting as they are arising and follow up till completion
- Perform random checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the contract data.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or data integrity issues.
- Use in-depth understanding of system logic and workflows to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices and system functionalities.
- Assist when needed in testing, rollout activities, and implementation of new features.
- Maintain documentation such as SOPs, training guides, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure new users are properly trained and have accurate access.
- Prepare system generated performance reports, loading progress updates, and error logs.
- Monitor SLA compliance for contract loading activities.
- Track KPIs related to accuracy, turnaround times, and system usage.
- Work closely with Contracting, Operations, and IT teams.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract loading within travel, hospitality, or similar industries in Juniper or similar.
- Strong understanding of system workflows, data structures, and configuration logic.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
