Strategy Manager (CEO's Office)

Location – Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience – 5+ years Reporting to – CEO

Key Responsibility

1. Strategy & Business Planning • Support the CEO in defining and executing short-term and long-term strategic priorities. • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects, partnerships, and investments. • Assist in portfolio strategy, including land acquisition, project mix, pricing, and goto-market approaches. • Prepare strategic decks, board presentations, and decision-support analyses.
2. CEO's Office & Special Projects • Drive high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives directly sponsored by the CEO. • Track progress of key CEO-led initiatives and ensure timely execution and reporting. • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on business performance, risk assessment, and opportunity identification.
3. Financial & Performance Management • Work with Finance to analyse project-level and portfolio-level financials (IRR, cash flows, ROI). • Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises. • Monitor KPIs across projects (sales, construction progress, collections, costs) and highlight risks/opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination • Liaise with Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, CRM, and Construction teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. • Ensure smooth information flow and decision-making between the CEO and functional heads. • Follow up on critical action items emerging from leadership meetings.
5. External Stakeholder Management • Support interactions with JV partners, investors, consultants, bankers, and other external stakeholders. • Assist in evaluation and structuring of partnerships and collaborations.

MBA from a premier institute (preferred). 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, CEO's office, private equity, or real estate development. Prior exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors is highly desirable. Experience working closely with senior leadership / CXOs
