Solutions Analyst, Operations and Analytics

Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine outputs Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills 2–4 years of experience in analytical or operations roles Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong foundation in data analysis and statistics Experience working with structured datasets to perform analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings in business-friendly formats. Preferred Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (PowerBI, Power Query, automation tools) Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry Experience developing or following Standard Operating Procedures Qualtrics or similar survey platform experience Understanding of market research survey design concepts Familiarity with data visualization principles and BI storytelling best practices
