We simplify travel bookings, expenses, and management through cutting-edge technology and automation.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end software implementation for our clients. The role involves ensuring seamless onboarding, configuration, and adoption of TripGain's SAAS-based travel management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete implementation process for new clients, from onboarding to go-live.Configure and customize the TripGain platform as per client requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.Train client teams on product usage and best practices.Monitor implementation progress and ensure client satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
