Tripgain is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant – Flights to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flight booking, international travel routing, and customer support. This role demands hands-on experience with GDS systems (especially Galileo), travel portals, and a deep understanding of the airline industry. Handle domestic and international flight bookings for corporate and individual clients. Recommend optimal and cost-effective travel routes based on client requirements. Provide expert advice on travel options, fare rules, and booking policies. Manage ticketing operations and resolve issues related to cancellations, rebookings, and modifications. Offer end-to-end support for all travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
