Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant (Implant)

Tripgain is a leading corporate travel management platform, offering end-to-end solutions for business travel. We are looking for passionate and skilled travel consultants to join our team and deliver exceptional travel experiences to our corporate clients. Handle corporate business accounts and represent Tripgain as a one-stop solution for all travel-related needs. Listen, understand, and lead client conversations to provide timely and effective travel solutions, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor, providing informed recommendations to enhance traveler experience. Manage all travel operations such as PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, date changes, voluntary and involuntary changes. Support both implant roles (on client premises) and back-office operations. Adapt to rotational and night shifts as required.

Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry. Strong knowledge of geography and travel processes. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus. Excellent public relations skills with a proactive, go-getter attitude. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
