This is a full time remote position with the opportunity to work directly with the founders and make a direct and immediate impact on the productivity of 1000s of teams around the world.

As a Product Designer at Troopr, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities that are pivotal to our product's success.

Typical day in the job:

* Develop deep understanding of Troopr's product and how it solves customer pain points.

* Analyze and document all possible user workflows

* Organize the product's information and features in a logical and intuitive manner

* Create user experiences that simplifies complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interactions.

* Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize and communicate design concepts.

* Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all aspects of the product.

* Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

* Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.

* Lead and mentor junior designers.

* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for design team members.

Typical profile of person who can do this job well:

* 3 to 5 years of professional B2B SaaS product design experience

* Worked on designing complex technical software products

* High levels of proficiency in using Figma for designing, prototyping and engineering handoff
