Jr. Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the efficient handling of financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
