Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically in global banking, but not sure where to start? Your team

You'll be working in our Global Banking team in Mumbai. We're responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:
• want to be an active part of the front end investment banking team of UBS India which involves being a part of both live transactions as well as pitch work for the clients
• can assist the team executing ECM, mergers and acquisitions and DCM deals
• can help analyze and prepare the financial statements
• is willing to help prepare pitches, information memorandums and financial models
• will actively coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of deal
• will maintain internal databases to help with actively reaching out to investors

This internship will last 12 months, where you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients, and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, and taking part in day-to-day operations.
