Your role

Are you interested in data management? Are you looking for a unique opportunity to understand and optimize how data is managed? Are you detail oriented, and able to ensure that complex concepts are simply and correctly documented? Are you a quick learner who enjoys working as part of a team that has global presence?

If yes, as part of the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) / GOTO Grad Program within Group Data Management Office (GDMO), you will:-
• Learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies etc.
• Understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the bank govern their critical data in line with firm's data management framework.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations.
• Understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, Product Owners to advise solutions.
• Establish strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders across UBS.

Your team

The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The GDMO is part of GOTO Operations & COO and is made up of approximately 300 people based in multiple locations globally.
