We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within our Group Technology Office

You'll get to
•maintain high standards for timely issue resolution and support operational excellence.
•contribute to automation and process improvement efforts that enhance team efficiency and performance.
•participate in weekly calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
•Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting progress data to senior management.

Your team
You'll be working in the Group Technology Office located in Pune / Hyederabad. We're responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions. We're a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who :
•will graduate with a bachelor's degree In Engineering June 2028 and has a minimum cumulative 7 GPA and above.
•is proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or similar technologies.
•can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
•is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
•is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you've organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we're after.

Your Program
During your 8-week paid internship, you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. In your first week, you'll experience a thorough training course which focuses on professional development and the technical skills you'll need for the job.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your B Tech or Equivalent degree.
