To Design and develop efficient, cost effective, highly reliable motors as per the customer requirement to meet organisation's goals

Experience Fresher- 2 years

Education:

BE/ M.Tech/MS  - Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Main/ Essential Task

• Design and development of various types of motors, including torque motors, BLDC motors, IPM motors, and UAV motors for different application
• Conduct detailed design calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Utilize software tools to create and validate motor designs.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing motor designs to improve efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and address any quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of motor design specifications, calculations, and test results
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate design progress and findings to the engineering team and management

Competencies Required

• Team player, Leadership
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• High level of project management skills.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in motor design software and simulation tools - Altair flux, Speed, Ansys Maxwell
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering basics / theory and principles of motor design
• Good understanding in industrial standards of motor designing, manufacturing and  testing
• Ability to read, and understand documents/ white papers and implement the learning from the same.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
