Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons for Senior Secondary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding and application-based learning.
  • Design and evaluate assignments, projects, practicals, tests, and examinations to monitor student progress.
  • Provide academic mentoring and personalised support to help students achieve their learning goals.
  • Incorporate digital tools, simulations, and interactive teaching strategies to enhance classroom engagement.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, laboratory documentation, and assessment reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students' overall academic development.
  • Actively participate in school events, examinations, faculty meetings, training programs, and other institutional activities.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) from a recognised university, along with a mandatory B.Ed. qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics in a CBSE or other reputed school. Exceptional freshers with outstanding academics may also be considered.
  • Strong command of the CBSE Senior Secondary Physics curriculum, with the ability to deliver concept-driven and application-oriented lessons.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with effective classroom presentation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting Physics practicals, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to laboratory safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and MS Office/Google Workspace to enhance the learning experience.
  • Excellent classroom management, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • A passion for teaching, mentoring students, and preparing them for board examinations and future academic pursuits.
