Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (US Sales Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong exposure to bulk hiring, especially for US Sales profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Work specifically on US Sales hiring and ensure timely closures.
• Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability based on requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment is a must.
• Experience hiring for Sales roles (preferably US Market).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
