We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to achieve excellence in English literature, language, and communication skills. The role involves teaching high school students, fostering a love for English, and preparing them for academic and personal success. Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction and Curriculum DeliveryPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English literature, grammar, and writing.Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.Prepare students for board examinations and other academic assessments.Student Engagement and SupportFoster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love for reading and writing.Provide academic support and individualized instruction as needed.Assessment and EvaluationRegularly evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.Collaboration and Professional DevelopmentWork collaboratively with colleagues to align teaching methods and goals.Participate in professional development programs and training sessions.Contribute to school events, activities, and initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, or a related field. A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
