Job Description: Admission Counselor – Unicent School, Hafeezpet Campus About the School: Unicent School is a progressive institution committed to delivering holistic education that nurtures intellectual curiosity, emotional growth, and character development. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Admission Counselor to be part of our Hafeezpet Campus. Job Responsibilities: • Handle inquiries from prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process. • Coordinate and conduct school tours for parents and visitors. • Maintain and update student admission records, inquiry data, and follow-up status. • Achieve admission targets and ensure timely conversions from inquiries to admissions. • Counsel parents and students, addressing their queries and guiding them through the admission journey. • Plan and execute admission campaigns, promotional events, and school marketing activities. • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. • Prepare and maintain reports on admissions, walk-ins, and conversion ratios for management review. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline. • 2–4 years of experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or educational marketing. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools. • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under targets.
