Water Management Executive

Uniservice FMS is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Water Management SME to support our rapidly growing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all water-management functions across multiple client sites, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of STP, WTP, and swimming-pool systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage STP, WTP, swimming pool operations, and related water-management systems across all assigned sites.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of operational issues.
• Drive upgradation and optimization efforts to improve system efficiency and performance.
• Supervise and guide water-treatment operators at multiple sites; ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure system health, safety standards, and operational compliance.
• Provide structured training, coaching, and skill development for operators and site teams.
• Prepare operational reports, recommend preventive measures, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless operations.
