Apprentice - Banca

The Apprentice - Banca will be an integral part of the Bancassurance team, working closely with the branch staff to drive business growth. This role offers a unique chance to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on relationship-building and sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit the assigned mapped branch regularly to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate policy issuance.
• Assist in the sales process, providing product knowledge and offering tailored solutions to customers.
• Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth policy issuance process.
• Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for policy issuance.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by the department.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and bank staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to the branch.
