In-House Surveyor

The In-House Surveyor is responsible for assessment, scrutiny, and processing of motor insurance claims by evaluating vehicle damage, reviewing survey reports, estimating repair costs, and ensuring fair claim settlements. The role requires coordination with policyholders, garages, external surveyors, and internal claim teams while maintaining compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of motor vehicle damages for Own Damage (OD) claims.
• Evaluate repair estimates and assess the extent of loss.
• Verify cause, nature, and extent of damages against policy coverage.
• Ensure accurate reserve setting and claim liability assessment.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
