Relationship Manager - Banca

As a Relationship Manager - Banca, you will play a crucial role in our Bancassurance department, focusing on sales and client relationship management. Your primary goal will be to enhance our presence and sales in the Keonjhar RO and Jashipur RO regions. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals in the assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Travel to different branches within the allocated regions as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Sales or Marketing).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in general insurance product sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Keonjhar RO and Jashipur RO is an advantage.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
