Relationship Manager - Banca

The Relationship Manager - Banca will play a crucial role in the Bancassurance department, representing USGI Legal Entity and its insurance offerings. This role requires a dynamic and client-focused individual who can effectively navigate the banking and insurance sectors. The primary goal is to enhance the company's presence and market share by providing excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance products.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling general insurance products to customers.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they make informed insurance decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest insurance products and market trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with the banking team to cross-sell insurance products and create a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and processing of insurance policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to their insurance-related concerns.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Attend industry events and network to promote the company's insurance offerings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in any field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in general insurance product sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Willingness to travel across all branches within the allotted region.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for documentation.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
